Overview of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the FitJourney mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, “FitJourney”, the “Service”, or the “App”). It covers how we handle personal information, including health and fitness data, when you use FitJourney for mobile fitness coaching.

1. Who we are
It's All Profit (“It's All Profit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a mobile fitness coaching app that helps you track workouts, monitor progress, and work with coaching programs tailored to your goals. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our Service.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide to us directly, (b) information we automatically collect when you use It's All Profit, and (c) information we receive from third parties or devices you connect.
a. Information you provide to us
- Account information: such as your name, email address, password, profile photo, preferred units (kg/lb), and basic demographic details you choose to share.
- Profile and goal information: such as your fitness goals, activity level, experience level, and preferences about workouts or coaching.
- Health and fitness information you enter: including weight, height, age, gender, body measurements, workout logs, perceived exertion, injuries or limitations you choose to record, and notes you add for your coach or yourself.
- Nutrition and lifestyle information: if you choose to track it, such as meals, calorie estimates, hydration, sleep habits, and other wellness-related entries.
- Communication content: such as messages or feedback you send to It's All Profit support, responses to in-app surveys, and any communication with your coach if messaging is enabled in the app.
- Subscription and purchase information: such as the type of subscription plan, approximate payment amount, and transaction identifiers (payment card details are processed by our payment provider, not stored in full by It's All Profit).
b. Information collected automatically
- Usage data: such as the features you use, screens you view, actions you take, the date and time of your visits, and the time spent in different parts of the app.
- Device and technical data: such as device type, operating system, app version, language, mobile network information, and crash or performance diagnostics.
- Approximate location: such as country or region inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it.
- Cookies and similar technologies on web properties: when you visit our website, we may use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how you interact with our site.
c. Information from third parties and connected devices
With your explicit permission, It's All Profit may connect to third-party services or devices, such as Apple Health, Google Fit, wearables, or other fitness platforms. When you connect such services, we may receive data including, for example, steps, heart rate, active energy, workouts, or sleep estimates. You can control what is shared through the settings in those third-party services and within your device settings.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and personalize the Service: including creating and maintaining your account, generating or adapting workout plans, tracking your progress, and tailoring coaching content to your goals and preferences.
- To analyze performance and improve It's All Profit: including monitoring usage, troubleshooting, protecting against errors or abuse, and developing new features and experiences.
- To communicate with you: such as sending service-related messages (for example, confirmations, security alerts, updates about your plan), and responding to your support requests.
- For coaching interactions: where applicable, enabling your coach to view relevant metrics, workout history, and notes so they can provide feedback, check-ins, and program adjustments.
- For research and analytics: using aggregated and/or de-identified data to understand trends, train algorithms, and improve the safety, effectiveness, and engagement of training programs. When we use de-identified data, it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
- For safety, security, and legal compliance: such as detecting and preventing fraud or misuse, enforcing our terms, and complying with legal obligations or lawful requests from authorities.
4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or another region with similar laws, our legal bases for processing your personal data are:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the Service you sign up for, including creating your account, delivering workouts, and supporting your subscription.
- Your consent: particularly for health and fitness data, connecting third-party apps or devices, receiving certain types of communications, and for some analytics or marketing activities. You may withdraw consent at any time in your settings or by contacting us.
- Legitimate interests: such as improving and securing the Service, preventing fraud, and understanding how It's All Profit is used, provided that these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
- Compliance with legal obligations: when we are required to process or share data to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information or health data. We share your information only in the following situations and with appropriate safeguards in place:
- Service providers: We share data with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data storage, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and payment processing. They are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for our instructions.
- Coaches or coaching organizations: If your account is linked to a specific coach or program, we share relevant information (for example, workouts, progress metrics, and notes you choose to provide) so they can deliver coaching services to you.
- Third-party integrations you enable: When you connect It's All Profit to another app or device, we share and receive data according to your choices and the third party’s terms and privacy policy.
- Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continuing protections consistent with this policy.
- Legal and safety: We may share information when we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, (ii) enforce our terms and policies, (iii) protect the security or integrity of the Service, or (iv) protect the rights, property, or safety of It's All Profit, our users, or others.
- Aggregated and de-identified information: We may share aggregated insights or de-identified data that does not reasonably identify you, for example to publish trends or support research and product development.
6. Health and fitness data
Health and fitness data is at the core of It's All Profit. Depending on your region, some of this data may be considered sensitive. We handle it with additional care:
- Consent: We process health and fitness information only with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. You can withdraw consent at any time, though this may limit your ability to use certain features.
- Purpose limitation: We use your health data only to provide, personalize, and improve coaching and fitness-related features, for safety, and for anonymized/aggregated analytics.
- Access controls: Access to health data is restricted to personnel and service providers who need it to operate the Service and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Platform-specific rules: When we integrate with Apple Health, Google Fit, or similar services, we follow their platform policies regarding how health data can be used, stored, and shared.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with legal obligations. In general:
- Account data is kept while your account is active.
- Workout history and health logs are kept while your account is active, unless you delete specific entries or request deletion of your data.
- If you request account deletion, we will delete or irreversibly de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, subject to data we must keep for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
- We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you, for analytics and business purposes.
8. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure development practices. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your device. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
9. International data transfers
It's All Profit may process and store information on servers located in different countries. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your country of residence. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law, to protect your information.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Subject to applicable law, these may include:
- Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
- Restriction: You can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability: You can request that we provide your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or ask us to transfer it to another provider where technically feasible.
- Objection: You can object to certain processing, including for direct marketing or when we rely on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent: Where our processing is based on your consent (especially for health data and some analytics), you may withdraw that consent at any time.
You can exercise many of these rights directly in the app (for example, by updating your profile or deleting entries). To make a request related to your data or to delete your account, please contact us using the information in the “Contact us” section. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
11. Children’s privacy
It's All Profit is not directed to children under the age of 16 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information without such consent, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
12. Third-party services and integrations
It's All Profit may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services, and may integrate with third-party platforms such as Apple Health, Google Fit, wearables, and payment processors. Your use of those services, and any information you provide to them, is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with It's All Profit.
13. Data relating to coaches and coaching programs
If you access It's All Profit through a coach or coaching organization, we may process certain information about the coach or program (for example, program structure, check-in cadence, and communication history) to deliver and improve the Service. We may also provide coaches with aggregated insights about how their clients are engaging with programs. Coaches are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws in their own handling of user information outside of It's All Profit.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as in-app notifications or email). Your continued use of It's All Profit after any changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
